By accessing or using Drop of Light, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Drop of Light is a donation platform that allows users to discover projects, contribute donations, and follow project progress updates.

5. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date.
• We may suspend or block accounts that violate these terms or abuse the platform.

6. Donations and Payments

Donations are processed through third-party payment providers (currently PayPal). By donating, you also agree to the payment provider's terms and policies.

• You authorize the selected payment provider to process your payment.
• Payment processing, settlement timing, and payment availability are controlled by the payment provider.
• Transaction records may be retained for legal, accounting, and anti-fraud purposes.

7. Refunds and Chargebacks

Refund handling may depend on payment-provider rules and applicable law. If you have a payment issue, contact us at vapoyan@gmail.com.

8. User Content

If you submit content (for example profile information, public display names, or donation messages), you keep your ownership but grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and process that content only as needed to operate the service.

• You must not submit unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
• We may remove content that violates these terms or creates risk for users or the platform.

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Using the platform for fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Interfering with service availability, security, or integrity.
• Uploading malicious code or attempting to bypass safeguards.
